This monument to timekeeping stands over 6 ft. tall and is constructed from aluminum and blue pearl granite. This grandfather clock totally defies the notion of the traditional grandfather clock.The design is extremely modern with plenty ofspace.The blue pearl on the face and the base hint at the millineums it took mother nature to create this gem like stone. The movement is an Urgos 7 day, imported from Germany. The face has a remote second hand and is adorned with the numerals 2, 6 and nine. A night shut off option allows the chime and strike to be silenced between the hours of 9:45 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. The pendulum style is a twisted rod polished lyre with a 10 5/8" bob.
